It operates from a single hoist enabling easy manipulation of the roll grabber.
All functions of the CORE ROTEX 180 are controlled from a single clearly labelled control panel
Physical effort requirements are limited to sliding the roll onto production line mandril

Why is it safe?

Integrated safety interlocks prevent unintended release of load
Roll can only be released when the core grabber is in a horizontal plane
Roll will not drop even in the event of complete loss of air pressure

The CORE ROTEX 180 is powered by clean compressed air
