The Jaska Group Director Mark Bauchop has over 17 years of experience working for Roche Pharamecutical Products as a Facilities Manager, Maintenance Fitter and in Engineering and Production.
Roche Products is one of the world’s leading research- focused healthcare groups and the world's biggest biotech company in the fields of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.
The Jaska Group’s years of experience has shown us what today’s Facility Manager is expected to achieve and to operate at different levels:
LEVEL 1. END-TO END USER EXPERIENCEAssisting our client's and their customers right through to the end user. We minimize risk by helping with the decision-making process that improves workspaces, delivery of services (communications, water, power, etc.) and project-associated costs. | LEVEL 2. DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONSProactive and optimal applications are applied to all aspects of the buildings' facilities to create a cost efficient and safe environment. Buildings are always exposed to the elements. They provide work spaces and services required for productive people. We leave no stone unturned to enable smooth operations and ensure that regulatory building compliance certificates are always maintained. We develop site-specific Building Management Plans at the point of hand-over to ensure building compliance, and sustainable practices achieved across the buildings assets, and infrastructure. A preventative maintenance schedule will be devised for essential, non-essential and soft services to enhance the life cycle of the assets, improve building appearance and reduce unforeseen breakdowns. Through our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), we actively pursue industry "best practices" in-line with the Australian Building Management Code, recognized as the objective industry standard consistent and complimentary to, associated Acts, Regulations, and Australian Standards Maintenance Schedule |
